  • Understand specific patterns of movements related to each sport and how to spot compensation.

  • Learn which muscles are the biggest culprits in causing pain related to these three sports and how to assess, palpate, fasciculate and treat them

  • Overview of post treatment therapeutic exercises are given as a patient take-away!

Instructor: Dr. Bianca Beldini, DPT, MSOM, SFMA, USAT AG Triathlete, USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach Certification (in process)

No prior experience with Trigger Point Acupuncture / Dry Needling is required for this course as a basic overview will be discussed.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to the first class day will receive a 50% refund.

  • TrP Seminars is unable to transfer course fees paid for one seminar or course to any other seminar or course.

  • In the unlikely event that TrP Seminars has to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, or for some other unforeseen reason, registrants will receive a full refund.
